Data Privacy Day is organized by the Restena Foundation and the University of Luxembourg, with the participation of public, private and research institutions in Luxembourg.

Since 2024, Data Privacy Day has been one of the awareness-raising activities set up as part of the European LuCySe4RE project that has received funding from the European Union’s Digital Europe programme (DIGITAL).
